Our story
Prime One started with more than a decade of hands-on work on large unified communications programs inside federal agencies.
As lead engineer for a government contractor, our founder modernized collaboration platforms for tens of thousands of federal employees. He led the UC engineering team for a solution serving more than 40,000 users at the National Institutes of Health, and the UC deployment for more than 20,000 users across 200+ sites at the Food and Drug Administration.
Prime One pairs that agency-scale experience with what a small business does best: fast decisions, direct access to senior engineers, and clear ownership of results.

Terry has more than a decade of experience as a lead unified communications engineer on federal programs at HHS, FDA, NIH and DOL. He founded Prime One and personally oversees the strategy and quality of every project. His goal is to make Prime One the government's most trusted small business partner for secure communications and IT compliance.
